I always get loads of questions about my background, so I thought I would dedicated a whole post to getting to know me........

9. Started hammer - 2006 - 8 years (wow thats gone fast!)
10. I have to dedicate how I started to my family, both parents did athletics and Grandad was a field official, I did shot putt and sprints and just had a go at hammer! how things work out!
